The Festival will open with Denhay and Washingpool taking part in Farm Open Sunday
Entrance free to both farms

Judging will take place outside the Bridport Arts Centre at 12.30pm
Participants are invited to bring their own unique pickle, chutney or fresh salsa
To be tasted by invited professional chefs and fellow participants.
There will be votes and prizes.

Beer Festival - 6pm to 11pm
Friends of River Cottage
This is the perfect opportunity to meet two of our River Cottage stars, Pam Corbin & John Wright, when they kick off the Bridport Food Festival on Friday 18th June, from 7pm – 8.30pm.
Pam, our preserving expert and John Wright our wild food guru, will be on hand to answer all your questions on their areas of expertise and will also be signing copies of their River Cottage Handbooks.
(Unfortunately Hugh will not be able to attend this event)
Food will be available from 6.30pm
The Lions Club of Bridport will be providing their Hog Roast and BBQ
The hog roast comes from Bonners Butchers of Illminster,
Sausages from Washingpool, Burgers from Rawles Butchers and
Bread from Punch and Judy.
The Jalopy Pizza van will also be there
9pm Music in the Beer Tent will be from Stress
